Khanya Mahlati has 19 years of experience in finance and accounting. Having joined ECIAfrica in 2001 as a bookkeeper, she quickly rose to become a finance manager, bringing hands on experience in budgeting, financial proposals, debtors management, expense monitoring, and planning. As Business Manager, she is responsible for managing all finance and business activities of the Division. Before joining ECIAfrica, Khanya served a number of organisations including Kelly Personnel Group as an Assistant Accountant, ESKOM as a Financial Officer, and Ikwezi Technical Skill Centre as an Educator.

Khanya holds a Bcom in accounting with the University of Transkei and a Higher Education Diploma with the Transkei College of Education.
