ECIAfrica conducts a year-long Young Professionals Programme for outstanding university graduates with superior skills and a passion for development and management consulting. During the year, the Young Professionals rotate through ECIAfrica's operating divisions to gain full exposure to the company's work. Participants benefit from close supervision and mentorship and are provided training courses throughout the year in basic consulting practices and skills.

The Young Professionals Programme begins in January. Successful applicants work at ECIAfrica full-time and commit to participating for the entire year.
